The design of the clubhouse and its resulting forms and orientations are a direct outgrowth of its sustainable design intentions. The curves of the roof capture prevailing winds and facilitate the collection of rainwater. The expansive double glazed facades facilitate daylighting and convection ventilation while simultaneously offering dramatic views.
