houseparts: What an elegant and charming lady this Georgian Revival on Tuxedo Road in Buckhead, Atlanta turns out to be! While the gracious street facade manages to set a tone of understatement, it does clearly hint of great potential, reeling you in. And then… you step foot inside to real honest-to-God swank with nary a bit of noveau swagger! Although I would prefer to see a huge lantern replace the crystal chandelier in this foyer, it’s still a 10-out-of-10 in every way. Original 1920s-era architecture by Fraser & Boudin, I believe, but recent updates are not attributed.
